DiVino Group owns and operates four popular Italian restaurants in Central and Tsim Sha Tsui. All four restaurants serve up the finest and most authentic Italian cuisine. Now, we are seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following post to cope with our expansion.
We would like to invite highly motivated service professionals who are fluent in English with excellent guest service skills to join our dynamic team for the following positions:
- Direct all aspects of the restaurant operations including quality of food, service, equipment, premises safety
- Responsible for restaurant back of the house operational activities i.e. budget preparation, business forecast, menu planning, recruitment, conduct training and exercise inventory control
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on food promotions and menu planning
- Reporting on the above to the corporate management on a monthly basis
